How to Create a Respectful Workplace
Improper behavior may or may not be harassment. Although it is
often unintentional, it still hurts, offends and interferes with
people's performance. This workshop is for all employees
who want to learn how to prevent sexual and workplace
harassment, hostile workplace conditions and inappropriate behavior.
You will learn how to contribute to an environment where employees
respect and value each other as individuals, and h ow to recognize
the warning signals and stop improper conduct at
the first sign of trouble.
